Who's who in the management team

Members of the CHCP Senior Management Team include Jim Forrest (CHCP Director), Jennifer Scott (Head of Council Services), Marion Christie (Head of Health Services), James McCallum (Clinical Director), Gill Cottrell (Chief Nurse) and Robert Naysmith (Clinical Director, Salaried Primary Care Dental Service). The SMT meets fortnightly.

The CHCP Extended Management Team (EMT) is made up of the SMT, senior managers and professional leads from Health and Council plus representation from HR, Finance and Communications support staff. The EMT meets monthly and the agenda includes regular performance management reports, progress updates and discussion on relevant operational and strategic matters.
